Flow Reformer
Join this nurturing 50-minute Reformer Pilates class, thoughtfully designed for beginners, pregnant women, new mums, or anyone who prefers a mindful,
slower-paced workout. Together, we’ll gently rebuild core strength, enhance posture, and support pelvic floor health, all in a warm, inclusive space.
Open to all fitness levels and baby-friendly, this class is perfect from 6 weeks postpartum (with medical clearance). Bring your little one along
and enjoy a session that honors your body’s journey, helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and deeply supported.
Reformer Athletic preparation
Unlock your athletic potential by harnessing the power of resistance springs, designed to challenge the right muscle groups for sport-specific strength and injury prevention. Each controlled, low-impact movement targets functional strength, mobility, and core stability, helping runners, tennis players, paddle and badminton athletes, swimmers, and more.
